SplitLine
Terms of Use
Last updated 8 November 2026
SplitLine is a sports research app made by Matthew Panton (Panton Studio), called "we" here. It shows statistics, sportsbooks' prices and model estimates. It takes no bets, holds no money and isn't a sportsbook. Nothing in it is gambling advice or a promise that a bet will win. By using SplitLine, its website or SplitLine Pro, you agree to these terms.
Who can use SplitLine
You must be 21 or older, and in the United States. You're responsible for following the law where you are, including whether and where you may bet.
What SplitLine is
- Research, not advice. Records are past results, like 7 of his last 10. Projections, grades, picks and matchup overviews are estimates made by models or AI, and can be wrong.
- Data from others. Statistics, injuries and prices come from third parties and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Prices change quickly: check the price at the sportsbook before you bet. Every screen with prices says how old they are.
- Your decisions are yours. Any bet you place is between you and the sportsbook, under its terms.
Accounts
You can use SplitLine without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, keep that account to yourself; what happens under it is your responsibility. You can delete your SplitLine account at any time in More → Account → Delete account.
SplitLine Pro
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. The monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Apple or Google Play takes the payment, under its own terms. The plan renews at the end of each period unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before, in your Apple or Google Play subscriptions (More → Account → Manage subscription).
- Refunds are handled by the store that billed you, under its rules. We can't issue them ourselves.
- Pro belongs to your SplitLine account, so it follows you to every phone you sign in on.
- What Pro includes can change as the app changes.
Sportsbooks and other services
On iPhone, a price can open that sportsbook's own app or website, where any bet is placed. SplitLine for Android and this website have no links to sportsbooks. Sportsbooks and the other services SplitLine uses (Apple, Google, our subscription service) have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them. SplitLine isn't paid by any sportsbook.
Using SplitLine fairly
SplitLine is for your own, personal use. Please don't:
- copy, scrape, resell or republish its data, or use it to build another product;
- access it with bots or scripts, or get around Pro's limits or its sign-in;
- reverse engineer it, attack it, or overload its servers;
- use it to break the law.
We may suspend or close access for anyone who does, and you can stop using SplitLine at any time.
Ownership
SplitLine's software, design and text are ours. Team and player names, logos and sportsbook names belong to their owners. SplitLine isn't affiliated with the NFL, its teams or any sportsbook.
Our responsibility
SplitLine is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including money lost on bets. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for SplitLine Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
When these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Using SplitLine after a change means you accept the new terms.
Privacy and contact
What SplitLine collects, and how to have it deleted, is in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
